Japan shipping

- Delivery fee -
・The shipping fee is 660 yen nationwide . (*Excluding Okinawa Prefecture)
Free shipping for purchases of 15,400 yen (tax included) or more . (*Excluding Okinawa Prefecture)
・If the total weight or volume is small (one or two small items or clothes with no thickness), you can use Nekopos 275 yen .
* If Nekopos is available, options will be displayed on the delivery screen.
*The shipping fee for Okinawa Prefecture is based on the product weight and volume, so please refer to the amount displayed on the cart payment screen.

- Delivery days -

We will ship your order within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and holidays posted on the website). Normally, you will receive it within 1-3 days from the shipping date.
In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or the shipping process is delayed, we will contact you by email. Shipping may be delayed during the year-end and New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, and when orders are concentrated. In addition, delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, etc.

※Instructions about the Nekopos
・Cash on delivery is not available at Nekopos. If you specify cash on delivery at Nekopos when ordering, we will cancel your order.
・Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
・We cannot provide any compensation such as replacement products, compensation, refunds, etc. for shipping accidents such as delay, non-delivery, loss or damage of products, or loss after posting.
・We do not accept inquiries or complaints regarding delivery accidents when using Nekopos.
・Since it will be posted directly to the post, it cannot be handed over or posted as an absentee ballot.
・If you live in an apartment or condominium, please be sure to enter the name and room number of the apartment. If you do not fill in the form, the item cannot be mailed.
・If the delivery address is unknown, or if the nameplate of the delivery address is different from the address, it will be returned, and the cost of delivery and return will be borne by the customer.

International shipping

BLIMP supports international shipping. We will deliver by international mail, Yamato Transport, UPS and these affiliated delivery companies.

- Delivery fee -
・Shipping fee varies depending on the region, weight and size. ・Shipping fee can be confirmed on the payment screen. ・Customs duty is not included in the shipping fee. ・We are not responsible for customs clearance costs. Please contact your local customs office.

- Delivery days -

The number of days required for shipping varies depending on the region. As a guideline, it takes about 6 to 10 days, but delays may occur due to customs inspections and flight delays.

・You cannot specify cash on delivery at Nekoposu.
・If you use the cash on delivery service, a separate cash on delivery fee will be charged in addition to the product price.

- COD fee -
Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen
10,000 yen to less than 30,000 yen: 440 yen
30,000 yen to less than 100,000 yen: 660 yen
From 100,000 yen to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen

 

Returns and refund policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. As soon as we confirm the problem, we will send you a new product as soon as possible. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.


- Conditions for returns and exchanges -

We accept returns and exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met.
・If the product is defective ・If you receive a product different from what you ordered ・Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives ・The product must be unused and unworn For the above reason, we will judge that it has been used even if you try it on.)
・There must be no damage, stains, loss of shape, odor, or adherence of fur ・The product must not be returned or exchanged due to the customer's preferences.

* In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges -
We will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges that apply to the return and exchange conditions. In other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees, and return shipping costs.


- Refund procedure -
We will check the condition of the returned product within 2 weeks after it arrives at our company, and if there are no problems, we will process the refund to the account used for payment. We will bear the handling fee if the return/exchange conditions apply . In other cases, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

 

Product notes

Product may shrink slightly after washing. Hand wash recommended to minimize shrinkage. Avoid using a tumbler dryer. To protect the printed surface, use a laundry net or apply a pressing cloth when ironing.
